The consistent practice connects us with our inner beauty.
Our mission is to demonstrate that a life of spiritual devotion is not a retreat from reality, but a path to profound wholeness and engagement with the world.
Toward this end, Nada Dhyana creates programs designed to enhance the individual's complete well-being.
Our approach integrates the Pancha Koshas—the five layers of human existence—helping to align each one for a harmonious life:
the Annamaya Kosha (physical body), the Pranamaya Kosha (vital life energy body), the Manomaya Kosha (mental body), the Vijnanamaya Kosha (intellectual body), and the Anandamaya Kosha (the spirit body, whose innate nature is pure joy and wellness).
We operate from the premise that while each person's journey is unique, the path can be shared and enriched through collective experience.
Nada Dhyana draws its inspiration from Pujya Dr. Sri Ganapathi Sachchidanananda Swamiji (fondly known as Sri Swamiji) and Sri Datta Vijayananda Teertha Swamiji (Sri Bala Swamiji) of Avadhoota Datta Peetham.
Sri Swamiji has dedicated his life to uplifting humanity through diverse wellness programs under Datta Kriya Yoga and the transformative power of music.
A pioneer in healing music, his personal research spanning over 50 years confirms music's profound therapeutic capabilities.
He has embedded the ancient science of Gandharva Veda into Nada Yoga, creating a powerful, natural flow of sound for deep healing.
This conviction has led him to conduct hundreds of healing music concerts, making this gift available to all.
Many of these powerful compositions can be found on YouTube.
