The continuous, asynchronous OM is a highlight, creating a powerful sense of unity. I always finish the sessions feeling simultaneously calmer, more energetic, and deeply empowered.

Datta Kriya Yoga (DKY) and Satsangh has been an uplifting and grounding experience throughout my life. Being able to enter into a space of peace and belonging is rare to find in the rush of everyday life. I am grateful to be able to be part of these sessions of prayers, chants and transformative yoga. Through pranayamas, asanas and bhajans, that are simple yet profound it guides you towards an inward reflection that cultivates spirituality and compassion. I have joined about 7 yrs ago.it has benefited so much that I feel why I did not know about it? The simple yoga,pranayams,and mudras can help us in the long way if practiced on daily basis. We feel like a family with all members although we do not meet in person as we do it on zoom after covid. some problems of health can also be cured by diet and wellness programs which are also presented from time to time by webinars. I am grateful to the Teachers for their commitment. I highly recommend people to join for their own personal benefits. Mina

I am a regular participant in the DKY sessions which are held on the Zoom platform. I feel so blessed that such a valuable opportunity was offered to manage my wellness. The DKY coaching has made me aware of the importance of breathing and its syncing when doing vyayamas (asanas). I thoroughly enjoy the format of these sessions which consist of Vyayamas, Pranayama, and mudra meditation. Additional complements such as Sri Swamiji's enriching & captivating music, healthy recipes share, and monthly sat sang meet are a great bonus. Finally, the enthusiasm & dedication of my teachers definitely influence me to be committed and practice consistently. I strongly encourage all to join the DKY sessions and gain wonderful benefits. Thanks to my friends who introduced me to Radha Aunty's and Jay uncle's classes during pandemic. Pranayama helped me to navigate through my diffcult times and is still helping me to attain clarity in day to day life. I am inspired so much by Radha aunty's and Jay uncle's unwavered dedication to datta kriya yoga. I love both online and in-person sath sang sessions.I am grateful for this life!

In 2020 I was facing Burnout and depression. The daily on-line Sadhana gave me the support to go through this experience in my life along with all the people and resources Radha ma and Jay ji generously shared with me. Now, I'm a constant practitioner and the on-line and in-person sessions have been keeping my holistic health and serve me as an accountability partner. The mudra meditations combined with the music from Sri Swami ji have healed me many times, from bad colds to arthritis pain; after a session, my body speed up healing and reconnecting me with my higher-self. I'm forever grateful to my friend who introduce me to Radha ma and for Radha ma and Jay ji dedication to spread the practices. They are my inspiration and role models.
